This section of our website aims to bring together the information that may be most relevant to you if you are a trade union official, representative or shop steward. If you have specific queries, you should also contact your union, equality officer, or Congress. Many unions have negotiated improved work life balance workplace agreements with employers. These included such issues as access to work life balance arrangements, ensuring indirect discrimination is avoided, maternity leave (and other) pay top-ups, broken parental leave and more.
